Shipping

Shipping of all orders to the continental United States using United States Postal Service (USPS) 1st class shipping is complimentary. Express shipping using Fedex 2-day delivery is available for an additional $10.

Easy Returns: For up to 60 days after purchase

HumanCo is 100% committed to your health, and we want you to feel confident in your decision to purchase our product. We offer our Comfort Guarantee. While it is impossible to guarantee 100% recovery from an injury or medical condition, we do guarantee that you will feel improved comfort while wearing our product or we will give you your money back.

Refunds will only be given within 60 days of purchase, and proof of purchase is required. All shipping costs, duties/import taxes and any other associated fees such as exchange and transaction fees, on the original purchase, including fees incurred for returns, are non-refundable.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, the Comfort Guarantee does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites. We cannot attest the HumanCo products sold by these sellers are authentic.

If the contents of an order that you received do not match the items that you ordered, or if your order is incomplete, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt through email at info@humanco.net.

If you wish to activate the Comfort Guarantee, we require that you contact us before sending anything back. Please e-mail info@humanco.net with the following details:

Part 1: your contact information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Phone number
  • Email address

Part 2: Order ID number

  • Please provide your HumanCo order ID number

Part 3: product details:

  • Purchase date
  • Products purchased (please provide codes or style and color and size description)
  • Briefly describe why are you unsatisfied with the product?
  • Was the product damaged when you received it?
Request a Refund
