Can I clean my Freedom Insoles?
It’s a good idea to clean your HumanCo insoles occasionally. Hand-wash with mild soap and lukewarm water. Use an old toothbrush with soft bristles if needed. Rinse well, remove excess water with a soft towel and allow to air dry, but not near a heat source. DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY.
How long will my Freedom Insoles last?
You can expect on reliable comfort and support for up to 6 months or 250 miles, whichever comes first.

Shipping of all orders to the continental United States using United States Postal Service (USPS) 1st class shipping is complimentary. Express shipping using Fedex 2-day delivery is available for an additional $10.
Returns and Refunds
Refunds will only be given after 60 days and before 6 months following your purchase. No refunds will be provided after 6 months following purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
All shipping costs, duties/import taxes and any other associated fees such as exchange and transaction fees, on the original purchase, including fees incurred for returns, are non-refundable.
