Easy Returns
Refunds will only be given after 60 days and before 6 months following your purchase. No refunds will be provided after 6 months following purchase. Proof of purchase is required. All shipping costs, duties/import taxes and any other associated fees such as exchange and transaction fees, on the original purchase, including fees incurred for returns, are non-refundable.
Unless prohibited by applicable law, the Comfort Guarantee does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites. We cannot attest the HumanCo products sold by these sellers are authentic because we cannot control the quality of our products when they are sold by sellers that have no relationship with us.
If the contents of an order that you received does not match the items that you ordered, or if your order is incomplete, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt through email at info@humanco.one.

Are there any side-effects of using The Freedom Insole?
Other than possibly altering the fit of your shoes, the side-effects of using the Freedom Insole are nothing compared to pain-relieving medication or surgery.
Can I clean my Freedom Insoles?
It’s a good idea to clean your HumanCo insoles occasionally. Hand-wash with mild soap and lukewarm water. Use an old toothbrush with soft bristles if needed. Rinse well, remove excess water with a soft towel and allow to air dry, but not near a heat source. DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY.
How long will my Freedom Insoles last?
You can expect on reliable comfort and support for up to 6 months or 250 miles, whichever comes first.
