Easy Returns
Try the Freedom Insole, if you do not experience relief within the first 60 days following your purchase you can return them for a full refund. That is our comfort guarantee!
We recommend trying the insole for 2 weeks of continuous use before requesting a refund. For certain individuals it takes a little time to feel the relief as your knee is aligned in its new position.
No refunds will be provided after 60 days following purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
All shipping costs, duties/import taxes and any other associated fees such as exchange and transaction fees, on the original purchase, including fees incurred for returns, are non-refundable.
Unless prohibited by applicable law, the Comfort Guarantee does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites. We cannot attest the HumanCo products sold by these sellers are authentic.
If the contents of an order that you received does not match the items that you ordered, or if your order is incomplete, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt through email at info@humanco.net.

Yes it is very possible that you will experience immediate relief. However for some individuals it can take 1 to 2 weeks of continuous use as the knee gets aligned to its new position.
I'm not sure if I have knee arthritis, should I still try The Freedom Insole?
It's always best to have confirmation from your doctor on the nature of your knee pain to best advise your overall treatment plan. If you suspect you have knee arthritis, it is worth taking a pragmatic approach by trying the Freedom to explore if it reduces the pain as there are no harsh side-effects like taking medication.
Can I use my Freedom Insole with a knee brace?
Absolutely, if you find that combination is effective for your knee pain. The nice part of the Freedom being an insole, is that it can be combined with other conservative treatments for knee arthritis.
Are there any side-effects of using The Freedom Insole?
Other than possibly altering the fit of your shoes, no! If your shoes end up feeling too tight, make sure you have removed the factory insole from the shoe.
You may experience a 2 week adjustment period as your knee gets situated in the correct position, however that is temporary.
The side-effects of using the Freedom Insole are nothing compared to pain-relieving medication or surgery.
How do I clean my Freedom Insoles?
It’s a good idea to clean your HumanCo insoles occasionally. Hand-wash with mild soap and lukewarm water. Use an old toothbrush with soft bristles if needed. Rinse well, remove excess water with a soft towel and allow to air dry, but not near a heat source. DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY.
How long will my Freedom Insoles last?
You can expect on reliable comfort and support for up to 6 months or 250 miles, whichever comes first. At that point we recommend replacing your Freedom Insoles with a new pair for maximum pain relief.
What if the Freedom Insoles are too large for my shoe?
First step is to make sure you ordered the correct size for your shoe! If you wear a size 8 men's shoe, make sure you have the size 8 men's Freedom Insole. If the insole is too long for your shoe, you can cut the toe shorter using scissors. It will not impact the performance of the insole, just don't cut it too short!
